The thirteen people killed at the American Civic Association during Friday's violent rampage were i dentified by the Binghamton, NY police . PARK HILLS — The Park Hills Pound has three pets that are available for immediate adoption. The first pet is a male collie mix puppy. This guy is very friendly and would make a great family pet.
